POLYE SADDENED BY PASSING OF LATE JAMES EDWARD SEETO

Kandep MP, Don Pomb Polye has described the personality of late James Edward Seeto in the business space as someone who believes in PNG’s economic growth and touches lives of small people within his sphere of influence.
Joining fellow leaders, Polye uttered these words when commenting on the passing of the business leader.
Late James passed away in Morobe’s Lae on September 6. At the time of his passing, his company and its subsidiaries are employing more than 3,000 people around the country.
He said late James rose to prominence in almost all layers of leadership.
The Seeto family has been building their business capacity and portfolio to multi-million Kina worth assets despite the economic turbulences the country is going through, said Polye.
He further stated that their steadfast commitment to re-investments in the economy is a testament of how fond of they were to the country which they call home for years.
Late James was never like those who were remitting profits back to their country of origin from the country of operations, he said.
He was reinvesting his profits back to the economy, said Polye.
