Students and staff from Twinky Winky International School attended the event together with ITI Chairman and co-founder Senthil Kumaran Sentheyval and other ITI staff members.

Speaking during the event, Mr. Sentheyval said ITI is committed to helping schools and communities.

“We’re here to help. Last year, we’ve given some free computers to a church,” he said.

He said ITI is now supporting Twinky Winky International School with five computers to assist with ICT learning.

“This is just a start. In the future, we’ll be giving more computers because we have,” he said.

Mr. Sentheyval said the prices of computers are increasing each month and it is becoming difficult to replace them with new ones.

“However, these are part of our community obligations. We do a lot of sponsors for sports as well previously,” he said.

“Moving forward, we will see where else we can help you with your school,” he said.

Mr. Sentheyval told the school representatives that ITI’s technical team would also assist in setting up the computers.

Meanwhile, 15-year-old Amy Jane Hasu, a grade-8 student, thanked ITI for the support.

“On behalf of the students, I would like to sincerely thank ITI Badili for empowering us and for providing computers to support our learning.”

“Your generosity is giving us the chance to build important skills and prepare for the future,” she said.

“We are truly grateful for the support, and we promise to make the most out of this opportunity,” she added.

The event concluded with a group photo and the official handover of the five computers to the school.
