A convey of vehicles with Maip-Mulitaka people onboard is heading down to Wabag Town, Enga yesterday.
These are the group of people who were hard hit in May 2024 by the landslide which has attracted international attention and support.
Despite the establishment of the Mulitaka Resettlement Authority which is the vehicle for managing resettlement and associated humanitarian relief assistance, support from the provincial government, they said, was not sufficient.
They have presented their grievances to the government in a petition last week.
