Throughout the week, Ok Tedi is delivering targeted activities aimed at strengthening frontline safety behaviors. These include toolbox talks, observation and interaction sessions, leadership walk-arounds and practical refreshers — designed to improve hazard awareness, decision-making and personal readiness.

• Observation and Interaction to support early intervention
• Visible leadership in the field
• Application of Critical Controls and Life Saving Rules
