Digitec ICT Limited has been named International Partner of the Year by Scale Computing, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Satyen Singh announced yesterday during a media conference held at the company’s headquarters in Port Moresby.

The Digitec ICT Limited is a leading Papua New Guinea ICT company established in 2012.

The award was presented on 16 April 2026 in Las Vegas, USA, during Scale Computing’s Platform 2026 Summit, the company’s global event for innovative partners and customers.

This marked the fourth year of the event.

There are two categories: one for the United States of America, which is their national award, and the international award for the rest of the world.
That is what Digitec ICT has won.

Digitec has won this award competing with resellers, solution providers, and managed service providers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—in other words, the rest of the world. And is a very proud moment for the company.

“They choose the winners depending on which partner or reseller is delivering outstanding customer value, technical expertise, and business growth outside of the United States of America. Based on the scoring, they selected Digitec as the best international partner of the year,” Mr. Singh said.

“We are deeply honored to receive Scale Computing’s International Partner of the Year award,” he added.

Mr. Singh said that through its partnership with Scale Computing, Digitec is able to deliver modern edge computing, virtualization, and resilient infrastructure solutions to some of the most challenging and remote environments.

“We simplify complex technology for our customers so they can focus on their core businesses, while knowing their critical systems are secure, available, and future-ready,” he said.

He added that for a company founded and based in Papua New Guinea to receive global recognition is a strong statement about the capability, commitment, and talent within the country.

“This award belongs to our customers, our people, and to our nation,” he said.

“This global recognition motivates us to go further. We will continue to invest in our people, expand our capabilities around edge computing, AI-enabled services, and cybersecurity, and build even stronger partnerships that benefit our customers and our country.

“Our goal is clear: to make world-class ICT accessible, reliable, and locally supported across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific,” Mr. Singh said.
