The decision follows recent changes in the coaching structure, with the club opting for an internal replacement.

A former Dragons player and long-time member of the club’s coaching staff, Young brings strong familiarity with the team’s systems and culture.

His experience within the organization is expected to provide stability during this transition period.

The Dragons are currently focused on rebuilding confidence within the playing group and strengthening their on-field results.

Young’s immediate priority will be to prepare the team for upcoming matches and address key performance areas.
